Cancellations

Experiences

  • 7 or more days before the 'experience' (i.e. workshop/walk), you are entitled to a 100% full refund or you may transfer your deposit to another 'experience' (see below).

  • 7 days or less before an ‘experience’ starting date and once the ‘experience’ has begun, refunds or transfers to other ‘experiences’ will not be available.

Retreats

  • 14 or more days before the 'retreat', you are entitled to a 100% refund or you may transfer your deposit to another experience (see Transfer Policy below).

  • 7 to 14 days before the ‘retreat’, you are entitled to a 50% refund.

  • 7 days or less before the ‘retreat’ starting date and once the ‘retreat’ has begun, refunds or transfers to other ‘experiences’ and/or ‘retreats’ will not be available.

Other

  • If an experience is cancelled due to low enrollment, deposits and/or payments will be fully refundable or transferable to other ‘experiences’.

  • In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that present potential risk i.e. adverse weather conditions etc. to participants the event will be cancelled, and participants will be issued a full refund of their deposit and/or payment.

  • You may transfer your payment to another ‘experience’ up to 7 days before the experience starting date - with no additional charges. Payments are transferable for the same participant but not transferable between participants.

Transfers

Registration

  • To register for a Flint + Flora 'experience', payment is required in full.

  • Upon registering you will receive a receipt confirming your registration. Printed or digital copies must be presented upon arriving to the 'experience'.
